We stayed overnight on our way back to Birmingham. We arrived at 3 a.m. and our room had been canceled, but she reinstated it and sent us upstairs. Stayed for a night on business in the area. Decided to try a different hotel after the beds at the Hilton Garden Inn were unreasonably hard. The Country Inn seemed fairly new and was clean and easy to find. It is set off of the interstate and is conveniently located compared to the other hotels in the market. My husband and I arrived at the hotel around 2am in the morning from a long drive. Upon entring my room the ac unit was not working properly. I explained to the front desk clerk my issue and she quickly resolved my issue. We were upgraded to a King suite for no charge! We enjoyed the pool and fitness room.
