From the time I arrived and they could not locate my reservation, to the time my Mother-in-Law passed and I had to leave, I regretted booking this stay. The first room I was put in had no knobs on the air conditioner and it could not be turned on. It was over 90 outside at the time. The next room they put me in had a filthy tub and sink. The floor had not been vacuumed and the table in the room had crumbs. The following morning, I had a problem with the toilet and the desk staff did not speak English. No matter what I said, he was checking me out. Returning later in the day, I tried to check out a day early due to the death of my Mother in Law and was told..."You will pay for the room for tonight, checkout time was 11". I expected to pay, but the lack of sympathy was horrible. Overall, a nasty, cheap motel where the owners and staff don't speak our language and could care less about your stay. Avoid at all costs. more
