Front desk staff very nice and helpful with my military discount

The hotel is relatively new and well appointed - especially for price point and the area. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Extremely convenient location for shops and restaurants (and theater). Rooms are fairly basic but comfortable and clean. Free internet and breakfast (although limited) were added bonus. I would definitely stay here again.

Very unfriendly staff. Breakfast at 7:30am was all but nonexistent. When I asked if they was going to replenish, I was told "No. We are all out." I had better stays and better service from lower end motels than I got from here. On the plus side, rooms where very clean.

I am at this hotel every week for business. They understand service and deliver it EVERY week. I highly recommend this hotel!
