We rented 8 rooms about two months in advance for a family gathering down in Glennville. Upon check in we were charged 60.00 a night plus tax. Okay that was fine until another customer came in at the same time and booked a room and was charged only 49.00, and they were the same exact rooms. After a bunch of arguing we finally recieved the difference back. To top it off all the air conditioners were off in the rooms so it was hot. They should have been cut on before out arrival. One room for our family was not clean at all and was expected to stay in that situation. Trash was in the cans still, the toilet was dirty inside and out (brown water) dirty rags were in the tub, used soap was on the counter. The sheets were not even changed. So we had to have the room cleaned right then and it was about 5:00pm and check in is at 1:00pm. They wanted to shut the door when they cleaned it but that was unacceptable we had to see what was going on in there. Beware staying here, Our family will... more
