When traveling to Duluth, I always stay at this hotel. Every time it has been a good experience. The size and cleanliness of their suites are great. I love the Hampton beds. Clean, Clean, Clean! Room and bedding were crisp and fresh. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast set up. Meeting room accommodations were very good. I stayed in a king suite for one night on 06/10/11 while in the area on business. This property is convenient to I-85 and the nearby Gwinnett Place Mall. Overall the hotel is okay. The location is really good. It's near several restaurants. Check in was very fast and easy. Breakfast on a Saturday morning was not what I expected.
