Gina, (Jeana) at the front desk is a jewel. She was friendly, efficient, helpful and professional all in one person. We were tired from traveling and she checked us quickly. She even helped us carry our suitcases to our room. We could not of asked for more.

Stayed at this HI Express two different nights going to, and returning from the Masters Golf Tournament. This hotel was convenient and the college rate of $85/night was nice. However, you get what you pay for. The room had an ant infestation and the bed and pillows were lumpy. If my daughter chooses Emory Oxford, we will be finding a different hotel for visits.

I start out by saying that the front desk folks were very friendly and had no problems switching rooms. My first room had ants in the bathroom and ladybugs/Chinese beetles in the rest of the room. The second room had ants in the moldy bathroom and the HVAC unit was moldy.

I frequent HI Expresses! This one was very clean, tucked away from the interstate so there isn't a lot of road noise. Stayed here for 4 days. Room was large (Executive King Suite). Bed comfortable. Nice pillows. Room was clean. Each day housekeeping did a great job. Stayed here over Thanksgiving weekend, while visiting family and this hotel more than exceeded my expectations. Room was spacious, bed was comfy, everything was spotless, breakfast was better than your average continental (with sausage gravy/biscuits, eggs, sausage aptties plus ceral and baked goods). Staff was very friendly and the lobby/breakfast area was lovely.
