Was charged for something missing from the hotel room, which was NOT the case. I was not notified, and the manager couldn't explain/prove a missing item and refused to remove the charge. Poor customer service on top of that. DO NOT STAY!

Beware....this hotel is located off of a very busy and congested highway. There are no good views of it. It appears as if the city was going to make a "thru way" street right in front of hotel but decided not to....leaving it looking unsightly. We stayed here for the gun show in town. They accepted our corporate discount card without a hassle.
