Unfortunately, I agree with everything this guest has written. The good news is, the owner did sell this property in October 2007 and we have done extensive renovations. The rooms now have fresh paint, new carpet, new furniture, new beds, new linens and much more. The in-room kitchens are fully stocked with all the dishes, pot and pans and such...

Thank you for your candid review. A lot has changed since your stay in 2006. The new owners as of October 2007 have done extensive renovations with fresh paint, new carpet, new furniture, new beds, new linens and much more. We do still offer a limited number of pet friendly rooms and their cleanliness is of utmost importance to us.
This isn't the greatest hotel in the world but it is a very long way from the worst and is excellent value. The suites are huge and excellent for a family, and we had absolutely no problems staying there for three days. True, there is no working pool, but magnificent beaches are only a short drive away.
