This place is awful, first upon arrival the clerk told me she had to take pillows from our room for another room. Then, there was hair all over the sink and bathroom floor. When I closed the exterior door, the whole room shook, I have been to many days inns and this is by far the worst one

The experience started with their refusal to acceptance published coupon followed by not accepting the loyalty program. Once we got to the room it was dirty and there was a dead roach in the bathroom the beds were worn and soft and the pillows lumpy. If we weren't so exhausted we would have left...wish we had.
