This is an OK place for families who want to be in an OK location and do excursions from there. My website showed it as 5 star hotel and we booked the "suite". My husband and I and our 2 teenage sons stayed here for 1 week from 24th July in an A & B unit. When you check in you use the Weston check in area which is gorgeous and looks onto a gorgeous pool and waterfall. But we were staying in the Bonaventure which is about 2 miles away from there.... more

The only problem we had were some tiny ants in the kitchen so I recommend bringing ant killer. The rooms were very large with a jacuzzi for 2 in the bedroom and a huge shower in the bath with multiple shower heads. more

We had an A unit @ Flamingo II. The staff was helpful, the unit was clean. My 23 year old son said the hide-a-bed even had a decent mattress.
