While the Hyatt Place West Palm Beach is centrally located with easy access to Palm Beach, I was not impressed with its amenities. No pool, no room service, no laundry. A few inconveniences. Not enough elevators. Wifi and cell coverage in hotel was very frustrating. Shower design put water all over floor. Small rooms. Frustration. They checked our group out because of rate Chang and had to re check in for no reason. $20 parking Otherwise, great location. Very nice. Breakfast was better than most. Great location to city center
