The service we received from the entire staff was above and beyond expections. The room was very clean and roomy. The view of the Gulf of Mexico was breathtaking, especially at sunset. Have stayed at many hotels/motels over the years. Our experience at Thunderbirds was one of the best. Everything was so clean and the people working there were very friendly and couldn't do enough to make our experience wonderful. more

I've been meaning to write this review but just always put it off. Booked this hotel after seeing what appeared to be nice photos on internet. After we checked in for 4 nights...went up to room. Couldn't believe how dirty the place was. The balcony had mold all over it as did balcony door. The bathroom/beds....scary. The kitchenware ...more scary.... more

This is the 4th year I've stayed here in January and thoroughly enjoy it. We come for a class in the "banquet" room for the weekend and are always more than comfortable. Even when things change, such as the restaurant, we understand this and always find accomodations great. The kitchen facilities are adequate and the housekeeping services are top notch.... more

The Thunderbird staff helped us out with all of our needs and knew the area so well that they could provide suggestions for activities that made our holiday even better.
