Lots of free parking. The room #54 was clean, painted and updated. Built in 1950's. Well equipped efficiency unit with everything needed supplied. Phone, TV and radio. WI FI available. The building is on the Beach, close to shopping and restaurants. Quiet place. Guests were mature. Teresa in the office was extremely helpful. Highly recommend this place
