Will stay here whenever we are in Tampa. Friendly staff makes sure everything is right all the time. Complimentary shuttle service to Busch Gardens is excellent and a nice touch. Rooms are clean,quiet and comfortable. Would recommend this hotel anytime.

Pluses: the staff was fantastic, especially housekeeping, nice whirlpool tub, good breakfast bar, really comfortable beds and nice linens for the bed.
Minuses: wifi isn't great, cable tv goes in and out

We stayed here for 3 nights, it was nice. It was too cold to go in the pool, we hoped they had a heated pool but they did not. But a nice whirlpool The only complaint is the cable tv goes in and out kinda annoying, but overall nice staff and nice hotel. Good continental breakfast.
