Checked out and left an item in the restroom, got on the plane called the hotel knew exactly where I left the item.....guess what?? We stayed two nights over the Labor Day weekend. Had late night/early morning flights so spent our first night, last night here. Do not stay here! The housekeeping staff steals. The loss prevention department, only one person handles the "department", John Crandall is horrible he doesn't investigate and blames you, the hotel guest, for having your stuff stolen. Stay at the Sheraton it is much better way classier and a staff that doesn't steal. Trust me if you leave something of value... more

I am a Platinum member of Marriott Rewards - but some Marriott hotels are not great. This one is differen. Welcomed warmly and thanked for my loyalty. Great service throughout our two nights stay. Stayed here on Sunday, June 14, for quick connection on early flight. We checked in at 11:00 pm and were gone by 5 am!!! We both got bites from bed bugs! My wife got over 20 bites! Worse than poison ivy! I got about 6 bites! I would not stay at this property! Someone had warned us about this hotel... more
