We visited many Tampa/St Pete Hotels for my daughter's wedding and found this to be the perfect venue. The property is lush with vegetation and and it sits on its own private waterfront peninsula with perfect privacy and seclusion that you think you are on a private island. Even the runways from closeby Tampa airport are quiet...(when the wind is... More

I liked it, however for the price I think it was a little over priced for the rooms, however professional staff and great food was a plus. Maybe I like not getting ripped and finding value compared to spending money to feel good. I love Tampa but not sure I'd recommend it. More

Very nice hotel--NOTHING like you would expect from a hotel so close to an airport! It is like its own retreat--very relaxing location overlooking Tampa Bay More

This is a class hotel but is showing it's age in some situation (doors, bathrooms..). However there is some very good points on it's favor as free covered parking just 10 steps from main entrance, and the greatest breakfast buffet I've ever experienced. This was about the quality of food beside the large choice of items. I had a AAA... More

Got this hotel for a great price with free buffet breakfast for me and my husband as AAA members. My son wanted to stay in a nice hotel because last summer we stayed had to stay in a crammy hotel in the Outer banks bec I did a last minute booking. From our room we had a great view of... More

We had comfortable and spacious rooms in the main hotel building with a lovely view across the bay. We appreciated the free parking and free wi fi. The food in both the lobby bar an Petey Browns was very nice (although it clearly doesn't have high standards to beat in Florida!) and good value. Not much to do in the... More

Stayed two nights after Christmas. Had a great relax with the family of 6. Esp. like the private trails into the sea shore, the wonderful view from the restaurant (Oystercatcher). My wife rated this one the best for her because the kids can play in the holel private sands or the swimming pool while we have a good dinning with... More

It is always great to hear when our guests have an excellent experience at our property. I am pleased that you found Oystercatchers to be very good. Your feedback is appreciated and we... More

My family and I stayed at the grand hyatt before our cruise and we felt it was ok. The entrance and lobby are beautiful and the room was nice but nothing spectacular. The finishes are nice but seem cheap. They woudn't give us a room with a view since we were only staying one night and said we were with... More

We stayed in a Casita suite and it was exceptionally nice. The Casita area is completely separate from the main hotel and has its own separate pool and small beach area, along with beautifully landscaped grounds and a very nice Koi pond. Our room was very spacious and had an upstairs master suite with bathroom and a downstairs living room/dining... More
