We were in Tampa for a wedding that was to be held on a Carnival Cruise ship. I stayed there a little over a year ago and it was not close to what you would expect in a Hyatt. I was horribly disappointed. We booked this hotel because we wanted a place that was downtown, within walking distance to bars and restaurants on the water. And that's what we got. Check in was a breeze, all the staff extremely friendly and helpful and the rooms very comfortable and clean. The pool area is very nice and relaxing. Would go back. more
