This was a nice clean place to stay, but only the problem I found was the price of the breakfast buffet. $10.99 was outrageous! Two other people that were on the business trip stayed at the Double Tree about 2 miles from me got free breakfast, plus their rooms were about $30.00 a day cheaper. more

My daughter got married on Carnival's Legend over Thanksgiving and we blocked rooms here before the wedding. My only advice is - don't! Our reservations were screwed up from the start, people had money taken from their rooms, and others checked items with the desk while they were cruising, only to have them disappear and have the hotel management treat... more

The room was clean and comfortable. The shuttle service was great and they would take you to the surrounding areas, including the cruise line. The food was good and the happy hour in the bar was enjoyable. more

Awesome views, right off the interstate on the far side of downtown. The view of Tampa's skyscrapers is breathtaking. Last month I stayed at this HoJo, just b/c I got a good deal last minute when I was traveling to Tampa for Business. Now I have to return to follow up with my clients and I'm choosing this hotel again! I read many of the previous reviews before booking this hotel for my first trip to Tampa. I based my purchase mainly on price and location, taking into account what other reviewers had said, and was still pleased with my choice afterwards.
