All of the employees I dealt with were very nice and helpful, but when a hotel advertises "Non-Smoking Room" and that is what you reserve, that is what you should get. We stayed 2 nights with 2 kids. The hallways are very dirty. They wanted to charge extra for a safe without asking if we needed one. In bathroom were hairs hanging on walls on arival. Dirty carpet.
