Room had a hole in the wall from the door handle. A/C cover fell on the ground when I closed the curtains. The walls and doors were filthy, but the lobby area and breakfast area were immaculate. Nice breakfast. more

Looked forward to this stay as hotel is a Hyatt family property. Room was shockingly dirty with an AC unit right next to the bed that had not been cleaned in years. This hotel is in desperate need of renovation. The staff is not friendly and they only have one staff member on at night so if you need something in your room taken care of you are just out of luck. First of all this is not for a long-term stay, but for a decent overnight. My husband and I stayed here just before the recent RUSH concert at the Florida State Fairgrounds and it was ideal. Also we are card-holders at the Hard Rock Seminole Casino, and I highly recommend this as a great idea to park there for free... more
