I travel to Tallahassee quite often for business and leisure travels and this hotel is the best in Tallahassee by far. Haven't stayed at aLoft, but familiar with most Tal hotels. . . Doubletree is run down. Residence Inn(Marriott) is right down the road and the rooms/beds are much nicer. Proximity to restaurants is all DblTree has to offer. Disappointed. more

We stayed here when we visited our daughter at FSU. Since we had 2 children with us we booked the room with breakfast included. Our daughters told us breakfast at McDonald's would have been better.
