I had no idea what to expect, considering they are pet friendly, and had smoking rooms. Our room was just beautiful! Comfortable king size bed with very nice furniture. Bathroom was a little small, but everything else was great. Lady at the desk was very nice, as were the housekeepers. Great big fenced in area behind to walk the dog!!... More

Bathroom lacks proper ventilation, which means mold growth on the ceilings. The mold was significant enough above the shower to make the ceiling gray. I went to bed without showering. Very stressful 3-night stay at this hotel. Poor management, unpleasant staff, lack of services. Examples: 1. We booked over the Internet yet, when we arrived, the clerk could not find our booking. We were left on our own to contact the "middle man" to make sure we would not be charged double. There was no help from the desk clerk.... More

I had a very clean room, a very comfortable mattress, and the staff was very friendly. Definitely no bedbugs. Perhaps the recent change of management has made the difference here? It's not a luxury place by any means, but it was quite serviceable and so convenient to the mountain biking and kayaking spots in Silver Springs. More
