The room was clean and comfortable, beds smelled clean and fresh, floors were tiled. The lodge was on the river and they had a pier and boat slip (i think you pay extra to slip your boat). It was close to a park and there were nice sidewalks to go for a stroll. Restaurants were close by within walking distance.

Older single-level motel felt like home away from home. Full kitchen was reasonably outfitted. Just steps from the water and community greenway. Near "everything" but surprisingly quiet and private.
