Excellent resort in general with very friendly co-guests. Stay more or less perfect but spoilt by underhand ripoff after checkout. Checked out of two units,the furthest two apart and was wished a safe journey. The" alleged" manager told me when I returned to the furthest unit to double check that a missing item of my 2 1/2 year old grandson... more

we stayed at suntide island beach resort for one week and wish we could have stayed there forever. the accomodations are beautiful and spacious and just steps to the beautiful white sand beach. the pool area was also very large. the staff at this resort were very friendly and advised us of many good restaurants . all in all this... more

My husband, 18 month old son and I visited the Suntide Island Beach Club on Lido Key in May 2009. We had a great vacation. The condo was nicely equipped and very clean. The location was great, right on the beach, nice pool and short walk away from shopping and restaurants. I would highly recommend it and plan on visiting... more

Our first visit here with our kids, age 4 and 7, was fabulous. This two level resort was small enough for everything to be accessible (parking, pool, large hot tub, Lido beach and playground). We have been going to the Suntide for 11 years.We own 2 weeks in October and find it the best place in Florida. IDuring our weeks we have family reunions and all our family and friends,which we met at the resort,have a great time. It's clean and well run.The Gulf is within a few hundred feet.The pool is always clean.... more

My family has been going there for over 20 years and we love it. My children are all grown now and they fight to see who gets to go with us each year. It is a wonderful place for a family, with lots to do in the area. more

Suntide Island Beach club is one of the last of the old style beach resorts on Lido Key. The key is slowly being bought up by the big developers with companies such as the Ritz Carlton and soon ,the Waldorf developing huge super-resorts where once there were simple small resorts.
