The price and location for this place can't be beat, but there are some down sides. The neighborhood is wonderful, and it's very close to the beach. The room was spacious. They have a middle communal patio and a table and chairs outside. As another reviewer mentioned it appears clean, but I also found some remnants of previous occupants. I... More

This is a small motel on a side street on Lido Key, just a block from the beach. The location can't be beat. The studio size room, which I had, is spacious. Very clean accomodation & linens, location can't be beat, pleasant manager, & extremely affordable. Old Florida charm with terazzo floors, turquoise shower curtains. If you don't need all the bells & whistles, would rather save your money and enjoy the natural attractions in the area, this is a clean well-equipped accomodation.
