I cannott think of any hotel that I have stayed in, anyplace in the world, where the management excluded resident guests from the bars of the hotel so that non-residents could benefit from them. Friendly and accommodating, even by Ritz Carlton standards, within 24 hours, the ebullient staff will make you feel as if the Ritz Sarasota is your own private club. I made the dinner reservations online and added the comment that it was our 40th wedding anniversary. We were treated so special by the entire staff. We even were presented with a platter of desserts with 'Happy 40th' written in chocolate! We will be returning to dine. The food was great and the price was right. Wonderful experience. More

We can't say anything negative. They just put on the Ritz! We loved their golf course. Food, entertainment and service was excellent. The people who work there are outstanding and we didn't have any problem giving them a worth while tip. We stayed there three nights loved the room and the beds were so comfortable.
