During my stay in Sarasota my boyfriend and I decided to book the Ramada Sarasota. Our stay was amazing. We loved just going for casual drinks at the Tiki bar because they had different types of live music (Classic rock, reggae etc). I was hesitant to book here because of the reviews. Glad we did. It was quaint and peaceful. Very close to downtown Sarasota. The hotel is older but is right on a marina and it very peaceful and pretty. A good value for hte price.There is even a floating church by the marina!

I always thought that Ramada was a good name until I booked this place. I had two rooms, both smelled like smoke, they were outdated, there were putty marks on the walls, the property was not maintained.
