We stayed on a 1st floor unit. The room looked very rundown - the sleeper sofa was very uncomfortable, blinds not in the greatest shape, old rugs and old bed. The Sandpiper Inn is located on a quiet Sanibel Island Street (Donax). It is a great place. There are four rooms that are rented and it is quiet and clean.
