Nice spot, beautiful Island, good pool and Tiki bar. The rooms are clearly upgraded from an old outdated motel. No free breakfast, no shops nearby and Starbucks 5 miles North make the morning a bit rough. If you're not renting a condo, this is a great place to stay.Always friendly staff, beautiful beachfront.They've added beach umbrellas(first come first served) - another plus.The cost is a bit steep, but that's Sanibel for you.The only problem is the island being loved to death at times.If you can avoid the spring break period,do so.It's a zoo.

This is a little piece of Paradise. We stayed here last year, the yr before and went back because of service, cleanliness and location! The hotel gets better each year ! It feels like home! Food and service Great! (both pool bar and restaurant) Thanks to Sharon and entire staff.
