My understanding is This was the old Pennsylvania Hotel and Marriott renovated into a Courtyard. This was our second stay at this charming, historic hotel. We returned because of the friendly, personable service we received during our first visit. Once again, our room was exceptionally clean, attractively decorated with plenty of space. Breakfast was excellent!

This Marriott exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed our stay and was very comfortable. The rooms were large and nicely decorated. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The free shuttle made getting around town easy. Loved it! We will stay at this hotel again.

St. Pete Marriott never disappoints. Convenient to everything and the rooms are top notch. I really appreciate the friendly service from the staff, always available to help in any way that they can. My wife and I will definitely stay here again in the future.

The Courtyard Marriott Downtown St. Petersburg was a great experence. I brought 60 of my closest swimteam friends and Ryan the sales manager took very good care of us.
