The hotel is a much older hotel but the rooms were very modern in decor. The location is perfect to any and all attractions in downtown St. Petersburg. Smmer sized rooms compared to other hotels but still very nice. Great value! more

We stayed overnight while in St. Pete for a wedding. The hotel is historic and interesting to look at, also the location is fantastic!! We had a queen sized room with a full bath. My husband and I always stay at what we call "The Ponce" when staying in downtown St Pete. We LOVE it! Quaint, charming, unique hotel that has been fastastically redone - the rooms are modern contemporary and we especially love the hard wood floors and comfy beds with down comforters. Great location 4 sure, rooms nice, toilets too small and too old, bed sheets with big holes. Wi fi in the rooms not available (even if concierge says the opposite). About the rate, it was average more

I wouldn't stay on the 2nd or 3rd floors. The hotel is built on top of a restaurant, which is on top of a bar. Its probably OK on a weeknight, but on the weekends, the loud bass thumping won't stop until 2am. I felt like I was back at college with my annoying neighbor jamming out to all hours... more
