This place is way over-rated. The toilet in our room wouldn't flush. I immediately noticed that the carpet didn't look like it had been vacuumed lately, which was just confirmed when I discovered a dead roach belly up on the floor by the bed. Came here for 6 nights with my husband for a conference along with our 7 yr old. Very well managed, staff is beyond courteous and helpful. Have not had any complaints. We stayed at this hotel a year or so ago and were thoroughly impressed. Plenty of activities for our son, excellent amenities (bars!) for us adults and efficient helpful staff.
