This was our first trip to florida and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Jack was a great host and the beach view was fantastic. Strange little place. Only four rooms should have past AAA one star. Others had a double bed with a fold out sofa circa 1970. Not enough room for three adults. Furniture crammed in. Places was average, but service is poor. Room service must refer to many things such as cleaning, not just changing towels every two days sometimes.
