The room was very nice, clean, and comfortable with a great view of the beach. The beach was easily accessible that invited one to stroll on the beach at night and a provided a tremendous view of sunrise.

Room was a delight (Very 5 star-ish). Room was bright and modern. Bed pillows and duvets were clean and fresh like most Hamptons. Right on the beautiful beach. Right across the street is the Sunset Grill. A MUST GO!!! I've had many excellent steaks, but the Sunset Grill is probably at the top 3 on my list. Very satisfied here.

Stayed there many times on business, but enjoyed seeing the retired couples and families on vacation who were staying there. Nice quiet hotel...
