Booked this nice hotel early summer for 60 euro a night. Hotel location is nice and 2 minutes from the gorgeus beach. My wife and I have stayed at a number of Best Western Hotels and have found the accomodations clean, comfortable and very afforable. The Seaside Inn didn't disappoint. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and nicely decorated. The vanity area was separate from the shower which made it easy for multiple people to get ready at the same time.... more

You cannot beat the location - beach access right across the street and some fun restaurants nearby. But we could hear our neighbors on both sides ever single time they went i and out of there rooms, starting around 5am. We felt like we were practically in the same room. The Hotel was very clean, the staff friendly and helpful. The Old Town Trolley tour Beach shuttle picks up right in front of the hotel. This was wonderfully convenient. The beach is a easy walking distance. more

Our overall stay was very good. The only complaint I have is that the air conditioning only got down to 75 all during the day, and after laying on the beach in 92 degree weather we expected to come back to a cold hotel room to cool off...this didn't happen. Quiet, comfortable beds, clean, good location for beach or for visting St. Augustine. Stairs only- 2 floors, toiletries not replaced daily, sheets don't fit properly, foul odor(sewage ?) that seems to be worse at night. I don't know if the smell is from the hotel or from the ocean.
