Pros: The staff are helpful, competent, and friendly. Room was very nice and clean. Cons: Disturbed somewhat by truck noise from the highway Bed mattress was too hard even for me, who prefers mattresses on the firm side Overall, I had a better stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Brandon/Tampa East.

We arrived from U.K after long flight , we're welcomed typical Hilton Garden Inn BUT the staff were attentive friendly and helpful especially in the restaurant . We were late dining chef bothered to come out and apologise for the wait and nothing was too much trouble .
