We had the privelage to trave to San Remo for our 1st anniversary vacation and stayed in 203. I have to say that it was better than ever; this condo had everything that we needed to have a wonderful time. The condo was very clean and up to date, had a room of goodies that included, chairs, toys and beach... more

Spent entire month of March in Room 502. The best part of it is the location pretty well on an excellent part of the beach. But the floors were dirty, carpets needed replacement years ago (yes, there is duct tape holding the MBR carpet together). Pots in kitchen were beaten up and rusty and burners on stove were falling down... more

We stayed in unit 502 for Spring Break. Condo is NOT on beach, pool is but not condo. You have to cross a road to get to pool and beach. Our unit was very dirty, gum and used dental floss on the bathroom floor. Kitchen floor greasy, carpet very dirty. If you walked around barefoot your feet would get very... more

We stayed at the San Remo over the Easter break, March 20 to April 3, 2008. Our condo was number 201 which we booked through condo's by Sirata. It was a great unit, totally updated and clean, it even had everything we needed for the beach, including tbeach toys for the kids. The pool area is great, only issue was... more

Stayed at the San Remo April 19-25th 2008, we had a fantastic time. Had read the reviews beforehand and did not have any of the problems that others had in the past. Our condo was clean, the furnishings we had were nice, a little used but fine. Elevator worked great, in fact we timed it because someone said it was slow... more

We stayed 5 nights at this 6 story condo complex for spring break with our daughter (15) and her girlfriend (16). The beach and surrounding areas were not as exciting as they were looking for, but since they were not funding this trip :) , it definitely met what we were looking for (quiet) and the girls still had fun... more

We recently returned from a week long stay at the San Remo Condos. We travel to this area yearly and have stayed at similar condos in the same vicinity. It was okay, but needs some major maintenance. -The elevator is slow and scary! It was broken off and on all week and the fire dept had to be called out... more

The San Remo is an older building, but very well maintained. We stayed in suite 304. It was 1200 sqaure feet with 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Everything was in working order, and the place was very nicely decorated with paintings and drawings throughout. The beds were very comfortable, but the pull out sofa sleeper was so lumpy as... more

Stayed at the San Remo for a week in July and it was great. We found the unit we stayed in, 304, through vrbo and it couldn't have been nicer. The unit was mostly remodeled with the exception of an older kitchen but it was efficent and had everything we needed. The views from the unit were very nice from... more
