We've stayed here before, and had an unexpected problem arise prior to our last planned visit. The staff (particularly Pat) was very helpful in understanding our problem and working with us to resolve it, allowing us to cancel on short notice.

This was the most uncomfortable bed my husband and I have EVER slept on!!! In fact, we tossed and turned all night. This motel is not that old, but inside could use some help. Honestly, make plans to not stay in this area. The motel choices are terrible and overpriced and over used. The main scene is condo rental here and there are nice ones on the Cape San Blas spit. Do that or drive up towards Destin. Its better even if its crowded.
