Very nice stay! I have been there two or three times and each of them have been great! The rooms are a little tight but they are comfortable. The Thirsty Goat is a great place to relax and enjoy a little music. Great food also, especially the breakfast! A little noisy for me because so many have a great time... More

We stayed a week in a 1st floor efficiency. At first blush it seemed perfectly adequate. If I'd just stayed a night I'd probably write a different review. Forget the layout of the room was odd and set up to sleep 5 but didn't have dishes or eating space for that number of guests. We were just 2 and the... More

Everything about the Port Inn is first class. The decor is beautiful and the Thirsty Goat is a nice little bar to relax at before we go to our favorite pizza place which is just a block away. The rooms are a little tight but very nicely decorated. We have stayed here 3 or 4 times now and have never... More

When looking for somewhere to get away for the weekend, we wanted to relax, be out of spring break insanity but wanted to be near water and no more than 2 hours from home (Tallahassee). We hit the jackpot!! We read reviews of the Port Inn which were all great but only one problem....everyone said the staff was "friendly" or... More

Great staff, great vintage, first rate facility, great location. The room we had was thoughtfully appointed, had everything we could think of needing. Their restaurant is well run and the made to order order breakfast was as good as any five star hotel. They also have bikes available (free) to tour the town and adjacent bike trail. So nice we... We popped in based on Tripadvisor reviews with no reservations on an anniversary trip. The front desk staff was accomodating and even provided driving directions to a couple of places we wanted to visit. The rooms were clean and well provided for, the breakfast rivals those I've gotten at the big resort type hotels. Lots of variety, eggs to order... More

We stayed at the Port Inn for 4 nights around Thanksgiving this year. The check in staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the housekeeping staff kept it that way throughout our stay. The breakfast was great; eggs, waffles, bacon, sausage gravy with biscuits, juice, coffee, tea, etc. Was a great mix of people staying at the... More

When we are travel, we are looking for cleanliness, customer service, comfort and charm. The Port Inn has all four in spades! We pulled in at dinner time, had great appetizers in the Thirsty Goat lounge, enjoyed a spectacular gulf sunset across the street and a great night's sleep in a charming room. Complimentary breakfast (omelette to order) and morning... More

We found this hotel after leaving a horrible one in Panama City Beach. We google search and were able to get a room pretty much last minute. What a great place, clean and comfortable like being home. The Thirsty Goat is a pretty social bar, and was a lot of fun. The little town of shops were awesome too! Its... More

We recently enjoyed a 2 night stay at the Port Inn. Nothing fancy but just a nice, comfortable place to stay in an area that doesn't have a lot of hotels to choose from. The inn provides a full breakfast with your room that's pretty good, featuring a small buffet, as well as cooked to order omelets. Excellent location in... More
