“Poor standard”

Arrived to have to clean table and chairs. Kitchen door hanging off . Knob missing from air con making it difficult to regulate . No reply from letting agent to fix air con . Further from small beach than anticipated. Clean pool . Mesh needed replacing . Tired villa in need of a makeover
