Appears the current owner of this inn may be having some problems keeping it up. Restoration seems incomplete and not quite up to what most B&B visitors would expect. Breakfast was good and service was friendly and helpful.

We stayed one night in this charming B&B inPensacola at the end of 2011. We got a very charming room and it had a very nice downstair livingroom where we could sit down and take a look in the nice books. The breakfast was great and and we had a long, nice chat with Barbee. She gave us some good advices... More

I stayed two nights and very much enjoyed my stay here. Barbee was very kind and helpful and looked after me my entire stay. Her home is lovely and well decorated with nice antiques which I loved. I also loved there is a small Sandwich Shop next to it so that I could get a late lunch there ( til... More

My wife & I just checked-out from a 1-nite stay at Pensacola Victorian B&B and absolutely loved it! Situated just a few blocks from downtown Pensacola (LOTS of great places to eat & drink), this beautiful old home is quaint & relaxing. Barbee greeted us and she is just so darn nice! The house is lovely, clean & inviting. Breakfast... More

This B+B was comfortable and the hostess ( Barbee) was very nice and very easy to talk to. She gave us some good restaurant suggestions. We honestly expected more out of the breakfasts which were good, but were not anything special compared to other B+B's. The traffic noise in the morning was VERY loud to say the least. Given the... We luckily landed a room at the Victorian on a spontaneous summer weekend trip to Pensacola. We were looking for something off the beach but also not near the interstate, and the downtown location was a plus. The price makes it a good weekend value. The owners are great; they obviously love sharing this unique home with their guests. We... More

The good thing about this B&B is that the breakfast was very good and always when you requested it. Lots of towels provided. The bad thing is that the bed squeaked very loudly even when you turned over. There was a 3/4 inch crack at the top of the door where light came in. Intimacy was out of the question.... More

Had so looked forward to staying @ Pensacola Victorian B & B but was very disappointed. After a long day of visiting & sightseeing was unhappy to come back to find the beds not made up and our dirty towels still in the bathroom. Had to ask for clean towels. Peeling paint in the bathroom, cracked window in the bedroom.... More
