This place was dirty!!!!!!!!!!! We did not stay, we left after 2 hours, we were scared for our kids. Horrible. We were told we would be refunded, but we were not. Beds were broken, smell was horrible, room was dirty, feet turned black while walking on carpet.

My family and I visited pensacola, and we decided to stay at Western Inn and the place is amazing. The employees are very friendly and caring. The rooms are nice. If i ever visit Florida again, I will make sure to book a room there!

BUYER BEWARE: The advertised Western Inn hotel room pictures look absolutely NOTHING like the actual hotel rooms. We booked this hotel online and were completely misled by these advertisements.
