our room was not cleaned during our stay there the only thing they did was make the bed. And they never left us towels we had to go to the front desk to get them

I have spoken to my Housekeeping Supervisor and all of the housekeeping staff about the lack of service you experienced. my friend booked this hotel for our fun vacation. We spent most of the time on the beach but stayed here because the beach was pretty booked when she booked this. The room was okay. “We loved staying here!”

We enjoyed staying here. The room was clean and updated. All the employees were so helpful and my girls thought the pool was excellent. We will stay here again when we come back to visit relatives because it is so close to where they live and we loved the restaurant.
