The Hilton Garden Inn was an excellent choice for us from our friends who are local residents. Everything was very positive from the room to all the amentities. The restaurants, shopping and general location, including the proximity to the airport was very convenient.

Hotel staff was very helpful, even went so far as to look up restaurants, print menus, directions, etc. to several restaurants we might enjoy. Very clean, great pool area, business center, everything you would expect from a Hilton. Only complaint was the bed, hard as a rock.

Upon arrival, me and my family were greeted graciously with plenty of cookies! Yum! The room was clean and comfortable and spacious. The breakfast staff was amazing and always had a smile! The pool area outside was beautiful. The hot-tub hot and welcoming. Didn't have a single complaint! Thanks so much!

The hotel looks clean, but there was visible dirt (?) on the shower wall, so I question the cleanliness overall. The handicap tub equipment was also dangerously ill-fitting & kept falling down when touched. Neither of the sleep number beds adjusted as they should have. Not a bad spot close to the airport, if you don't mind being removed from the downtown scene. There's a Barnes and Nobles right across the street, which was a pleasant surprise.
