Our visit with Hawthorn Suites was great. We only stayed one night but I feel like if we had stayed longer we would not have had any problems. Claudia(if I remember right) took our reservations and she was so nice and helpful. Then when we arrived the lady working the desk(can't remember her name) she was so attentive and welcoming.... My stay was that i couldn't keep keep service for clean up. No towels didn't make up beds and maids didn't know english. no communication had towels in my bathroom dirty for 2 days and the make of the beds

Very dirty, unreasonable price (should have been free), staff not friendly, breakfast was not edible and I am known to eat anything!! Do not stay here!!
