Most definitley a dissappintment! Room 212 is in dire need of updating & a good cleaning..bed was just a fullsize & uncomfortable..be ready to pay a cleaning fee, which Expedia fails to mention if booking thru them, parking fee, & wrist ban fee..not worth the money!

We stayed in unit 212W. The Sunbird is on the beach, but this unit is not on the beach. You have a view of the beach, and the parking lot, and pineapple willie's (and their dumpster). When we first started staying there we rented from an on site rental company and when they left we rented from RA. We have since decided that that we will no longer rent from RA but a new onsite rental company... More

This is a good value , for a weekend getaway, It may don't have all the luxury but it is on a good location, beautiful view to the ocean, clean and good customer service. If you want an updated unit you just need to ask for it and pay the extra $. Overall we have a great time.
