We went to check in upon arrival and I had requested a king with a sleeper instead of 2 queens I had originally booked. Great place to visit with friends, family or for business. The golf is top notch. The staff are very helpful and really make your stay enjoyable. Service was outstanding, staff was very accomodating when requesting re-arranging of tee times and courses. The package deals are phenomenal value for what you get in return. Our experience at Innisbrook was, in a word, fantastic. The front desk staff was excellent as were the 'bell' staff and housekeeping. The original room we were assigned was lovely but had a musty odor which was undetectable by my husband but I'm expecially sensitive to odors as I have breathing issues. This is the 4th time I have stayed at the Innisbrook Resort and Golf Club. The improvements made are GREAT. I attended a charity golf tournament, stayed 2 nights, played 2 rounds of golf and utilized the Inaba Spa. The customer service from the time you drive in the gates of the resort to the time you leave is outstanding.... more
