Everything was clean, not spotless, but clean. The beds were good and comfortable. Cable was decent. The room did come with little soaps, lotions, shampoos, towels, ect. This is a great hotel right on St.Johns River. Very clean rooms with comfortable beds. They have great,very courteous staff. I enjoyed hot breakfast in the morning. Also they have wonderful on site reastaurant Beef'O Beady's. Definitely going back to this hotel for Bass fishing tournament in march.
