“I had an excellent experience at the hotel.”

The suite was immaculate at all times. The breakfast and breakfast room were excellent. The staff worked very hard to make the guests feel welcome and happy. This was my first experience with this hotel. I would definitely stay there again.

I just returned from a conference in Orlando, and had the unfortunate experience of staying at this hotel. I think I got one of the older rooms, so my experience may be different from others.
