It's an ok place. I guess your first impression going to the room sets your mood. The carpet was really dirty. May be that's not a big deal, but when your co workers come to meet you, it's not what you want them to see. They thought the place was a dump. The place was clean (other than the carpets)... more

I've stayed here three times on business since the beginning of the year. The location is great if you have business in the area (UCF Research Park, UCF, Lockheed Martin, etc.), as the road on which it's located provides direct access to UCF and to the 417 without having to deal with getting out on the very busy Alafaya Trail.... more

Here is what I look for in Choice Hotel properties (Comfort Ins, Quality Ins, Sleep ins), Clean Clean Clean. If a motel is clean everything else usually falls suit. I really enjoyed this place. It was very clean and cmfortable. Personnel were friendly. Pool is small but clean and quite. Breakfast is very small bu sufficient. The hotel itself is in a great spot, nearby to the university, research park and local shopping. Breakfast is basic, nothing overly exotic. Room is standard and clean, but if you are a light sleeper ask to have a room not facing the roads. Windows offer little to no insulation from the outside noise. We stayed just one night at this location, but found it to be quite nice, clean and more than comfortable with a great breakfast buffet. Staff was friendly and very accomodating. The sitting area separated from the 2 queen beds was perfect and the sofa sleeper was like most, a little uncomfortable, but worked for the night. more

Stayed here on 2 occasions, 1st time, room very basic and bathroom poor. After speaking to manager we were given 2 more nights free at the end of our holiday. 2nd time, room much nicer. Very friendly staff, rooms clean. Pool clean but could do with a refurbish. Pool bar staff lovely. Would stay again. more
